Products provided by SOS Medical may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 15 days of order fulfillment. The following conditions apply:
a) All products must be returned in new, undamaged and unworn condition.
b) Product must be returned in its original packaging. Used, worn, soiled or damaged products will not be accepted and a $20.00 shipping/handling fee will be charged to the patient’s credit card or account.
c) Customer Service must be contacted at 800-863-1769 and notified of the return/exchange before shipping an item back to SOS Medical. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will then be issued for the return/exchange along with instructions for shipping the item back to SOS Medical.
d) Return/exchange products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
e) Patient is responsible for shipping charges for returned items.
f) Exchanged products are not subject to a restocking or exchange fee.
